Dear children,

I hope you enjoyed your first Conversational Malay Language lesson today with Cikgu Rini. Your next lesson with her will be on Monday. Please remember to bring your book.

After eight long weeks of waiting, we finally revealed the list of Secret Pals today! Some were surprised while others seemed to have already guessed their Secret Pals. I hope that throughout the past eight weeks, you have learnt how to be a really good friend by using the five love languages we discussed at the beginning of this term. The Secret Pal game might have ended, but your friendship continues! :)

I hope you had fun participating in the Friendship Fun activities at the Science Lab and the Hindi Room with your friends. Here are some photographs I took of you today:

Here are today's announcements and reminders:

1) Write a journal entry about Friendship Fun Day and submit it on Tuesday. Here are some points you can include in your journal:

-What are some activities you participated in in the Science Lab and the Hindi Room?

-How did you feel about each of those activities?

2) I will be returning you your pattern artwork on Monday. You can use that as wrapping paper to wrap a present for your Secret Pal and thank him/her for all the love that he/she has shown you for the past weeks. Over this weekend, think of what you want to give your Secret Pal. It should not be something too expensive. Handmade gifts are great! Ask your parents for some ideas.

3) If you have not achieved at least 100 Challenge Points on KooBits, please try to do so over the next 6 days. We are very likely to win the Champion Class award, but one of KooBits' rules states that you will not receive the Champion Class badge if you have not contributed at least 100 Challenge Points to the class score. I hope no one misses out on this! :)
