Dear children,

Seashell is the Group of the Month for April! Congratulations, Seashell! :)

3 of the members received their Level 2 certificates and prizes for winning the Group of the Month award for the second time this year! I hope to give out more seeds, modelling clay and wax crayons at the end of May. 

There are still some Level 1 prizes in my home waiting for those who have not won them yet. Of course, I'll also be preparing the Level 3 prizes soon, just in case some of you win them this month. ;)  

Will your group behave well and work cooperatively to become the Group of May? :)   

Here are your tasks for this weekend:

1) Put in your best to prepare for the English Language Test on Monday. Aim for full marks. Achieving that would really show you that you have totally mastered what you need to know for this term. It is not impossible.

How do you get there? Revise the 3 units again. Look through your booklets for Food Fit For A King, The Chinese Opera Game, and Magnetic Max. You must review your spelling words for those 3 units too. The Practice Test and the editing worksheet we just did would show you some of your weaknesses. Work on those too.

If every single child in P2/2 JOY scores at least 38 marks for Monday's English test, we'll have our pizza party in school. :)

2) I'll be putting up some English online practice tasks on AskNLearn by 9.30 a.m. on Saturday. Use those to help you practise your comprehension skills.

3) If you are one of the few who have not completed your composition, please work on it and submit on Tuesday. I would suggest that you focus on your test preparation before working on your composition. 

4) Bring back your Magnetic Max booklets and your English Practice Test paper on Monday if there are still re-corrections in them that have not been marked. Your book should already be signed by your parent when you submit it.
