Lea has made it to the semifinals for "Asia's Got Talent"! :)

Dear children of P2/2 JOY 2014,

I hope you have been enjoying your learning in your P3 classes. Here's some good news to share about Lea.

Together with ten other children from her dance troupe, Dance Thrilogy, Lea has made it to the semifinals of the talent programme "Asia's Got Talent". This is a programme featuring singers, dancers, magicians, comedians, and other performers of all ages competing for a prize of US$100,000. It is aired on television across 20 countries in Asia on AXN Asia.

For their outstanding performance in the semifinals, Lea and her troupe received a standing ovation from the four judges. Here's a video of Lea's performance:

Just in case you can't recognise Lea with her make-up, here are some screenshots of her in action. In each picture, a yellow arrow points to her. Click on each picture to zoom in.

We have always known Lea as an active dancer with boundless energy and a burning enthusiasm for dance. She has been learning ballet, jazz and tap dancing. Two years ago, she started competitive dancing. Today, we see her on stage watched by millions of people across Asia.

I hope you are inspired by how far Lea has come because of the hard work and effort she has put in to pursue her dreams. :)

If you and your parents would like to give Lea a hand to see her and her troupe through to the Grand Finals, where they would have a chance to dance for Asia once more, you can ask your parents for permission to vote for them through the following ways before 11.59 p.m. on 4 May, Monday
