Dear children,
We had our last drama rehearsal with Ms Ana this afternoon. I must say that I was really impressed by your performance! You have come a long way. I could see everyone remembering their parts and their actions and doing them well. More importantly, I could see all of you working together as a class. I really like that. :)
Some of you have asked me to share the video that I took of your rehearsal today. I would love to, but I think it is better that I don't. Let's surprise your parents with an awesome performance on Friday. If you put in your best on Friday like you did today, I am sure your parents and all the other audience will be as impressed as I was!
You received your English Practice Test paper back today. I am pleased to announce that 14 of you achieved Band 1 by scoring 38.5 marks or more. That means we have 4 children who moved up to Band 1 since the previous test! :)
20 of you also improved and scored higher marks than in the previous term's test. These are the 6 pupils who made the biggest improvement:
Lea: +6 marks
Richelle: +6 marks
Phoebe: +5.5 marks
Dawn: +5.5 marks
Dylan: +4.5 marks
Qistina: +4.5 marks
The question now is this: Would P2/2 JOY be as good in the actual test next week, or would we be even better?
You have one week to revise your booklets. ;)
Here are today's reminders:
1) If re-corrections are needed for your English Practice Test, complete them before showing the paper to your parents. Ask for a signature. Bring it back to me for checking tomorrow.
2) The instruction above applies to your "Is The Wise Owl Wise?" booklet too.
3) Complete the AskNLearn quiz on Cyberbullying by tomorrow. It should not take you more than 5 minutes.
Have a good evening. See you tomorrow for another day of fruitful learning! :)
Thank you Mr Wong, may God bless you.
